When they came in the past it was good work but now... Next to impossible to get them to schedule a mobile service. I had multiple scheduled and recent one CANCELLED LAST MINUTE with ZERO followup. This was for 2/28 and to date I have texted multiple times (no response) then called (declined call). As of 3/12 still ZERO communication. I guess I am on a do-not service list...

Just had my Tesla Model 3 tinted at Gold Shield Automotive, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was professional, smooth, and top-tier. The team took the time to walk me through tint options and explained what would work best for both aesthetics and UV protection. The craftsmanship is flawless — no bubbles, no gaps, just a clean, sleek finish that elevated the look of my car instantly. Not only does it look amazing, but the cabin is noticeably cooler now, even in direct sunlight. Highly recommend Gold Shield Automotive if you’re looking for expert tint work and outstanding customer service. My Tesla’s never looked better! 🔥

Alex and Andrew exceeded my expectations on my OLD work truck. I didn't want to buy a new truck, so I decided to Make my Old Tundra look nicer. The wrap came out AMAZING. It looks like a completely different truck. (See Pics) Quality work and Quality Customer service. If you're looking to change the look of your car/Truck, Call GoldShield!!

Well let’s just say I think they tried to take advantage of me. I was booked for a Silver package detail for $159. According to their website this package included an exterior car wash, interior vacuum, shampoo, spray wax that supposed to last 2-3 weeks, tire dressing, light stain removal and a few more things. I dropped my car off a 10am and they texted me at 2pm to let me know my car was ready. As I’m walking up to my all black Chevy Camaro I could see that it wasn’t shining like it does if I had got a detail else where. The closer I got to my car the worst it was. Water spots everywhere, my rims and tires looked terrible like they didn’t bother to touch them. The only part that was some what ok was the interior. I expressed my frustration and they was still expecting me to pay $159 for a car wash because that definitely wasn’t a detail. I don’t know if they took advantage of me because I’m a female. Their excuse was they’re short staff if that’s the case then you should have not took me in as a customer. I told Alex that I was not going to pay more than $30. I could’ve went to any side gas station car wash and got a way better than this so called Detail they did. Not impressed

So I wrapped my own car this time and while I'm good enough to do most things on my own I needed an assist on the wing (it's very complex). I reached out to Nick and he did an amazing job! This is the third time the wing on my car has been wrapped and he hands down did the best I've seen it. Really good group of guys, definitely check them out!
